This flat-roof, ranch house, built in 1963 was in desperate need of an update. The renovation project began by gutting the kitchen, retaining only the oak stained cabinets. All of the oak cabinets and oak paneling were painted to lighten up the home. The project included installing all new flooring, countertops, backsplash, hardware, lighting, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and painting. In collaboration with the homeowner (a skilled interior designer by trade) this entire home was brought back to life!
